The people of Glimmer need their monarchs, and to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance, we're holding an open audition for all monarch positions, that will include a written sample post to be placed in this thread, as well as a handful of games and fun little contests around the site. The goal is to find not just the best characters for the jobs, but to get you, the players, active and involved in the site! The auditions will begin officially on January 1st, and end January 31st, but everyone is welcome to start posting their written auditions at any time.
It won't just be me, Missy, choosing the monarchs, I will be asking all members to PM me with their nominations. I intend to make this process fun, not competitive, so come into this with a good attitude and play fair; it's only a game, after all. Mingle with your fellow members and don't forget to role-play while this is going on! Establish your characters, found some inter-character relationships, plot it up!
Guidelines
Can be male or female
Must be 3 years or older*
Must be the species of the kingdom
Can be a demigod, but preferably mortal
Non-equine monarchs will not count toward the one free non-equine rule
*The human monarch must be 18 years or older
