This is where you come to create your characters. There's an application form within that you must use, but it's not extensive or demanding. All applications must be approved by a staff member to ensure that no characters are all-powerful or something equally annoying, but you do not have to wait to for approval before role-playing. If there is an issue with your application, you will be contacted, but otherwise, just jump right into the game.
